Our favorite new plant last year, hands down, has to be the new zinnia Uproar Rose. This plant was released by Goldsmith Seed as a landscape variety, but it has turned out to be one of the best cut flower zinnias we have ever grown. The plants are F1 hybrids, which makes the seed expensive, but don’t let that deter you. You’ll make the seed cost back with the first bloom, and then some.
